Laurel invites guests to celebrate Bastille Day with an exquisite three-course menu inspired by the timeless flavors of France. From a delicate summer squash and avocado tartine to a rich, red wine braised beef bourguignon, each course captures the elegance and warmth of classic French cuisine.
The menu opens with Summer Squash & Avocado Tartines, finished with roasted asparagus, arugula-frisée, and a citrus-Dijon vinaigrette atop cranberry-walnut toast. The entrée features Red Wine Braised Beef Bourguignon, paired with potato gnocchi, wild mushrooms, and a natural jus, while dessert brings a Classic French Napoleon of layered puff pastry, vanilla pastry cream, and chocolate fondant. Guests may complement the evening with a curated selection of cocktails and French and California wines, including a Cognac Sour, a St. Germain Spritz, and a range of sparkling, white, rosé, and red wine offerings.
