+ Enhanced Measures
We are excited to welcome you to our hotel and want to ensure you have a wonderful stay with us. We want to inform you about some temporary measures in place to enhance your experience during a high-profile event at our property.
Due to a high-profile event at our hotel, external authorities will be present and will implement enhanced security measures in and around our hotel grounds.

+ Parking & Security
Guest self-parking will be closed, and garage access from the 600 S and Main Street entrances will remain unavailable until 5:00 PM on Friday, July 12. As an alternative, all guests are asked to utilize our convenient Valet Parking services at the hotel’s Main Street entrance.
As you enter and exit the hotel, please be prepared for security screening and baggage checks. Please note that these procedures may affect your arrival and departure, and we ask that you plan additional time into your schedule as you enter and exit the building.
Safety is our top priority, and these measures are designed to ensure the well-being of all our guests and staff. We appreciate your patience during this time, and please know our team is dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

+ Hotel Dining
- All hotel dining outlets are open and fully operational during this time.
- Dining guests who are not staying overnight are still required to park with Valet Parking services located at the Main Street entrance.
- Dining guests will be required to participate in security screening measures upon arrival.
- Please note that guests with dining reservations will be accommodated if delayed by security screening.
- Overnight guests may experience slightly increased serviced times when ordering in-room dining due to enhanced security.
+ Hotel Amenities
- Hotel amenities including indoor pool, The Grand Spa, the Shops at The Grand, etc. will be open and fully operational during this time.
- Please be aware that the outdoor pool is fully operational, however, an additional security checkpoint will be required upon entering/exiting the outdoor pool deck.
- Routes to various hotel amenities may be temporarily disrupted. Thank you in advance for your patience if you are re-directed to any of our on-property amenities.
+ Public Spaces
- The Grand Lobby is open to guests during this time.
- Corridors leading to hotel dining, including The Gibson Lounge and Laurel Brasserie & Bar, retail shops, and The Grand Spa will also be open, but please be aware that re-routing to these amenities may occur.
- Access to additional public spaces, including spaces included in the Art at The Grand art tour will not be open during this time.
