Does beer glassware actually matter?

This month, I want to take a step back and look at the glass itself: tulips and Tekus; pilsners and imperial pints; and snifters, stanges and steins. If you’ve peeked behind the bar of your favorite taproom, you may have noticed almost as many types of glasses as there are tap handles.
