Our personal trainers are as passionate about success as you are. So they tailor your personal fitness session to deliver the most benefits possible, in the least amount of time. All of our professional trainers are instructed in the latest fitness techniques, with a comprehensive knowledge of fitness and sports training.
Each of our result oriented programs is especially personalized to meet your fitness goals using resistance/non-resistance exercises, free weights, and weight bearing machines. Regardless of your fitness level, we can design a program or session to jump-start your training, increase the results from your current workout program, or take your regimen to the next level.
Personal training sessions can be delivered in our fully-equipped Fitness Center. Although we will do our best to accommodate all requests, for your satisfaction we request a minimum of 24-hours advance notice to schedule your personal session.
1-Hour session: $115.00 per guest
In-room session: add $20 per guest.
