The Grand Experience You Expect
The Grand America’s Fitness Center is for the discriminating person who prefers to exercise without the crowds and stress of ordinary gyms.
Our private Fitness Center offers separated areas for cardio, strength training, and bodywork. In the cardio area, you’ll find treadmills, elliptical machines, and upright and recumbent bicycles from Precor and LifeFitness. Each cardio machine is equipped with its own TV screen, with customizable channels and a personal headset.
The strength training room contains a carefully selected grouping of Cybex training stations and a full set of dumbells. This room is designed to allow you to strengthen and train individual muscle groups, or complete a personalized fitness circuit, whichever your desire.
In the bodywork room, there is ample room to stretching for warm up or cool down. You’ll also find fitness balls, medicine balls, a stepper, yoga mats, and resistance bands to help you further customize your workout.
Our spa assistants are always available to help familiarize you with equipment, or answer any questions you may have. Additionally, we offer private yoga and personal training sessions designed to compliment your level of fitness and expertise. Yoga and personal training sessions must be booked 48 hours in advance by calling 801-258-6568.
