Ideal candidates will have at least 1 + years of experience in dessert and pastry production in a high-volume capacity. Must possess an ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Seeking individuals who are goal-driven and possess a strong attention to detail, organization and cleanliness. In addition to technical skill, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Requirements: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent. Possess excellent basic math skills. Preferred formal culinary education with concentration in Baking and/or Pastry. Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 lbs. Able to work in a standing position for long period of time.
